Foundations can play an exciting role in supporting retirement options for workers whose employment do not provide retirement options already. AFN presented a webinar, Retirement Savings Strategy, to address this issue of filling the retirement gap. It considers multiple angles, including federal and state level policies, the philanthropy circle which can create a better climate for worker retirement, and the existing initiatives already in place nationally.
