Targeted reparations are important for reducing wealth gaps and are included as an opportunity for investment under AFN’s paper Resilience in Reimagining Investments.  In this opinion piece in The Philadelphia Inquirer, AFN friends and thought leaders William Darity Jr. and Kirsten Mullen point out what they see as some of the limitations of state and local plans and advocate for a comprehensive federal plan.
