Pathways to Closing the Wealth Gap in the South

Join the Asset Funders Network as we host the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to showcase the release of a new profile on consumer experiences in the South, particularly in rural communities and communities of color. It will highlight the impact of medical debt, efforts to create transparency in small business lending, and elevate trends and gaps in mortgage lending. As grantmakers working to invest in strategies that help close the wealth gap, this conversation feature will new data to inform funder engagement.States highlighted in the report are Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
