Will Hall has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation (PATF) since August of 2024.

Prior to PATF, Will served as the Deputy Executive Director of Policy and Programs for Philadelphia’s Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity. In his eight years in that role, Will’s portfolio included economic mobility, workforce development, and policy initiatives. Prior to working for the City of Philadelphia, Will was a housing programs manager at a housing counseling organization and was a bankruptcy litigator.

Will grew up in Upstate New York and moved to Philadelphia in 2006. In 2010, he graduated Temple University with a JD/MBA. Will lives in the Brewerytown neighborhood of Philadelphia with his wife, Jen, and their dog, Didi.
