As portfolio director for Pathways to Prosperity, Virginia manages the foundation’s efforts in Central Texas and Greater Boston to support a healthy and stable childhood for every child; improve students’ ability to engage and perform effectively through K-12 and higher education; increase access to workforce training, job placement, and resources to improve family economic stability; and create more effective and integrated service delivery through a collaborative nonprofit community.

Virginia joined the foundation in 2008. Previously, she served as director of product marketing with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and as a Spanish teacher at Lanier High School in Austin, Texas. Virginia has a bachelor’s in Spanish and linguistics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration in global business from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
