Stephanie Smith has over 35 years experience working in the non-profit sector. Her experience ranges from working with children in foster care, in basic group care, residential treatment center, psychiatric treatment center and children aging out of the foster care system. She has been actively involved with program design, implementation and evaluation for an active community serving a range of individuals and served for 16 years as the CEO of a multi-service community center in San Antonio before coming to United Way. Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Education degree from Baylor University.
