Sohrab Kohli is a Program Officer at Prudential Financial, where he helps drive the company’s strategic philanthropy. In his role, Sohrab manages partnerships with nonprofit organizations that are enabling more people to build wealth. The ultimate goal of Sohrab’s portfolio is to help families and communities achieve financial dignity and intergenerational prosperity. Before joining Prudential, Sohrab spent over a decade at national nonprofits promoting financial inclusion. Most recently, Sohrab was a Senior Manager at the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program, where he collaborated with public and private sector leaders to advance market and policy solutions. His work focused on building emergency and retirement savings, expanding access to banking, addressing consumer debt, and modernizing our public and workplace benefits systems. Sohrab previously worked at the Financial Health Network across their innovation, research, and consulting practices. He led projects on fintech, consumer credit, workplace wellness, and supporting community-based organizations. At the onset of his career, Sohrab was a strategy consultant with PwC, advising clients in the financial services industry. Sohrab has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago. He currently resides in Chicago, IL.
