Samuel Diaz is Manager in Inclusive Solutions at Prudential Financial, where he manages philanthropic partnerships in the area of Work and Wealth for the Prudential Foundation, in addition to leading monitoring and evaluation efforts. He specializes in strategies and interventions that promote financial inclusion and job quality, and on evaluation research and methodology in the nonprofit sector. Prior to Prudential, he held roles at the nonprofit research institution, MDRC, and the Robin Hood Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Sociology from the University of Chicago.
