Rosa Cabrera joined CZI in 2019 and is a Senior Manager at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI). Prior to joining CZI, Rosa spent over 15 years organizing with the United Farm Workers, SEIU, and PICO California. As a policy advocate that co-led statewide policy campaigns in California for over 7 years, she ran successful campaigns on housing, immigration, criminal justice, and police accountability. She currently leads the inclusive entrepreneurship portfolio as part of the Community Team. In her free time, she loves to travel and cook. She has a Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis.
