Raúl Durán holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from Fort Hays State University. He has
worked in banking for 27 years and at Arvest Bank since 2011. He has worked in many different roles
including Consumer Lending, Mortgage Lending, Business Development, Talent Management &
Community Development. He is a board member for the Hispanic Development Fund, Revolución
Educativa, The Center of Grace, and Accessible Arts- Kansas State School for the Blind. He was the Co-
Chair of the Latino Leadership Network and a volunteer for Bienvenidos KC and the Olathe Hispanic
Heritage Month Celebration. Raúl is married and has two children, who are his world.
