Perri is Vice President of Community Engagement and Communications at the H. E. Butt Foundation. She joined the Foundation in 2004 as Director of Development. Since then, she has also been instrumental in revamping its guest care services, spearheading a major rebranding effort, and most recently, integrating several initiatives and strategies into the Foundation’s new Community Engagement program. In that role, Perri oversees a multi-year capacity-building program for youth and family serving nonprofits in San Antonio, a narrative change program focused on San Antonio’s neighborhood inequities, research and catalytic initiatives currently directed to upstream mental health supports and poverty mobility solutions for families on the margins, and the Real County Community Initiative geared to helping families and leaders thrive and navigate the complexities of rural life. Before working for the Foundation, Perri held leadership positions in several organizations including SAMMinistries in San Antonio, the Medical College of Wisconsin, St. Mary’s Hospital – Milwaukee, and the Texas State Hospital system. Perri is a Texas Tech University alumna and received her performance measurement certificate from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Executive Education. She resides in Boerne, TX.
