Paula currently serves as Director of Work and Wealth for Prudential’s Social Responsibility and Partnerships (SR&P) team. In this position, Paula manages strategic grantmaking for the team’s Financial Inclusion & Capability and Talent & Workforce Development portfolios. These portfolios focus on supporting financial security & resilience, workforce development, and job quality.
Previously, Paula served as the Strategic Partnerships Manager for SR&P’s shared value partnerships. She has also worked within Prudential’s Regulatory Liaison, International Insurance, and Retirement teams. She has a Master’s degree in International Affairs from American University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science & History from Monmouth University.
