Mollie Palmer serves as the Vice President of Communication and Engagement for the Heart of Arkansas United Way. In this role, she oversees marketing and communication, as well as grantmaking activities, programs and partnerships. She joined United Way in 2017 after her tenure as the Director of Together For Hope Arkansas, a community development nonprofit focused on literacy and youth leadership development in Helena, Arkansas. Mollie’s work there included developing and implementing programs to serve children and families, engaging volunteers and donors, and building partnerships to support the organization’s mission. 

Mollie holds a master’s degree in Community Development Policy and Practice from the University of New Hampshire’s Carsey School of Public Policy, and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Arkansas State University.
