Mayra Aguirre is a dedicated leader and community advocate committed to fostering long-term impact by leveraging the strengths of communities. With expertise in philanthropy, community development, and strategic partnership-building, she works to address systemic barriers and create opportunities for all. A first-generation Latinx college graduate, Mayra is passionate about amplifying community voices to ensure inclusive progress that reflects the diverse strengths of each community. As President of the Hall Family Foundation, she leads strategic initiatives focused on aligning community voice with donor intent to drive positive impact in Greater Kansas City. Mayra is committed to fostering strong partnerships, advocating for youth, and improving opportunities for communities with untapped potential. She also serves on several boards, including the KC2026 World Cup, the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy, and co-chairs the Greater Kansas City Asset Funders Network.
