Marycruz De Leon is Community Development Manager over economic development & community investment at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. She oversees a portfolio of research and place-based initiatives centered on increasing the flow of capital to bridge infrastructure gaps and catalyzing economic growth in low-income communities.

Prior to her role in Community Development, Marycruz served as Assistant Economist where she analyzed regional economic issues, collected information for the 11th District Beige Book, and contributed to various bank publications.

Before joining the Dallas Fed, she held roles at Moody’s Analytics and the Greater Houston Partnership. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Baylor University and Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Texas at El Paso.
