Kristin Savage serves as the Philadelphia Program Officer at Asset Funders Network (AFN). In this role, she engages grantmakers, financial institutions, and key stakeholders to develop a regional approach for asset building reflecting the local context in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Before AFN, Kristin has supported nonprofits, government, labor unions and public interest law firms in public policy, issue advocacy, strategic campaigns, communications, operations, fundraising, organizing and government relations. She has been privileged to serve vulnerable and marginalized communities in work that empowers all people to advocate for their rights in the workplace, public health, clean and advanced energy, education, housing, as well as food and water access. She currently consults with nonprofits, labor unions, public policy advocates and government on workforce development, strategic communications, government relations, strategic partnerships, funding public-private partnerships and more.
Kristin received a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Public and Community Health from New Mexico State University. She currently resides in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
