Jessica Clawson serves as the Executive Director of the United Way of Central Arkansas. Jessica’s journey in nonprofit leadership began with her early involvement in grassroots organizations, where she honed her skills in fundraising, program development, and community outreach. Jessica is known for her hands-on approach and compassionate leadership style, inspiring her team and stakeholders to work together towards common goals.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and resides in Conway, Arkansas with her husband and three children. She enjoys playing tennis, whipping up gourmet meals for her loved ones, exploring new foodie destinations through travel.
