Jasmyne Beckford is a program manager in Inclusive Solutions at Prudential, where she has been driving inclusive economic growth in Newark since May 2022. She manages strategic partnerships in education, workforce development, asset building, and HBCU’s within the Inclusive Communities philanthropic portfolio. Previously, she developed workforce programs at William Paterson University and worked with the Newark Workforce Development Board and the Mayor’s Office of Employment and Training. Jasmyne holds a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from the University of Maryland at College Park, a master’s degree in public administration from Rutgers University, and serves on the Council of New Jersey Grantmakers Board.
