Anne Northrop Connor has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit world, 17 at Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas (MHM), where she is Director of Community Grants.  Her department oversees about $28 million in grants made to other organizations. Anne is currently overseeing MHM’s involvement in the BUILD Health Challenge, an upstreamist partnership with a group of national and regional funders. She is a tri-chair of the Philanthropy Workgroup of the South Texas Trauma-Informed Care Coalition, and is an active member of the Texas Behavioral Health Funders’ Collaborative and the San Antonio Funders’ Group. In her personal life, she is a singer-songwriter, loves yoga and terriers (but not at the same time), and is working on a master’s degree in science and medical writing at Johns Hopkins University.
