Amy Einhorn, MPP is a Senior Program Officer at St. David’s Foundation. She leads the Clinics as Community Hubs for Health strategic priority, through which, by centering health equity and social determinants of health as key to grantmaking and other support, community health centers and other primary care providers receive support to ensure access to care for the uninsured, make necessary changes to their models of care to incorporate new value-based payment approaches, and strengthen partnerships with community entities to improve the health and well-being of their patients. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2019, Amy served as a Principal with Health Management Associates, and prior to that she was the Director of the Office of Research and Policy Initiatives at the Texas Department of Insurance. Amy has a Bachelor of Psychology from Wesleyan University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California.
