Webinar

High Stakes: Why We Must Address Youth Financial Security Now

This webinar is designed to help grantmakers understand the unique financial capability needs of youth and young adults by hearing directly from young leaders and by sharing findings from AFN’s forthcoming brief: High Stakes, High Reward: How all funders can make critical, catalytic contributions to investing in the financial security of youth and young adults. The forthcoming brief, authored by Aspen Institute Financial Security Program, describes the financial capability needs of youth and young adults and provides a framework for youth financial well-being. The webinar will provide insight into the supports that youth and young adults need during this transitional and high-potential time of life to thrive. The webinar will also lift up new survey data about the financial health of youth based on Young Invincibles’ national survey.

Join us on April 25th for this insightful, high-level briefing as we:

  • Provide data about the state of financial well-being for youth and young adults,
  • Outline a new framework that illustrates four foundations of financial well-being for youth
    and young adults, and
  • Share funder recommendations and policy solutions to ensure this unique group has the
opportunities, supports, financial products, and services they need.
