This presentation from the 2015 Grantmaker Conference includes the United Way of Tarrant County Framework for Increasing Family Financial Stability. This material features a large community goal: by 2020, 24,000 low income working families will move toward financial stability. The objective is: Workers in low income working families achieve at least a five percent pay increase within the first year. Tarrant County includes two priority populations in this community: (1) Workers in families with family incomes of $15-50K/year, and (2) Sole workers who are recently unemployed and are actively seeking employment or are in postsecondary training/education

The 2015 Grantmaker Conference included both regional and community-based funders and thought leaders concerned about a common goal–providing individuals, families and communities with greater economic security and opportunities for growth. View all the materials for the conference.
