Yolanda Caldera-Durant is the Vice President of Program & Community Engagement at The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven (CFGNH). She joined CFGNH in May 2021. Yolanda is a member of CFGNH’s senior management team that provides leadership, vision, and oversight of the foundation. She leads the foundation’s cross-departmental inclusive growth team that gathers knowledge, shares information, and supports the implementation of the Foundation’s efforts to advance economic mobility that includes workforce development, entrepreneurship, and guaranteed income strategies.
