Ximena Antunez de Mayolo is a Principal at the Rainwater Charitable Foundation, where she manages a portfolio of over 30 grantees with more than $4.5 million in annual grants focused on early childhood education and family economic security. A seasoned philanthropy professional with over 15 years of experience, she has catalyzed community and statewide initiatives while empowering nonprofits to achieve greater impact.

Ximena’s recent accomplishments include launching Fort Worth Forum (2022-2024), a 501(c)(3) civic association that brought together diverse leaders from civic, business, and nonprofit sectors; partnering with Uvalde Moving Forward Foundation to raise more than $70 million for new school construction following the 2022 tragedy; and pioneering RCF’s first Equity Equivalent Program Related Investment, providing $1M that leveraged $3M in loan funds to serve as payday loan alternatives for North Texas residents. She also manages the foundation’s annual scholarship program, which has supported 72 scholars across 9 cohorts with a 98% college graduation rate.

Prior to joining RCF, Ximena served as Grants Manager at the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and as Executive Director of the Key Biscayne Community Foundation in Florida, where she managed fund development strategies.
Ximena currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for The Welman Project, is a member of the Help Me Grow North Texas Leadership Team, and serves on the Best Place for Kids/Best Place for Working Parents Steering Committee.

She received a BA in Comparative Literature from Wellesley College and completed her MA coursework in Arts Administration at Teachers College, Columbia University. Ximena enjoys running, owning an extroverted rescue dog, and finds joy in baking with lots of sprinkles for her niece and nephews.
