Taryn K. MacFarlane serves as the Indiana Regional Coordinator focusing on engaging funders in Indiana, supporting the Indiana chapter, and leads the effort in documenting the work of philanthropy as it relates to Children’s Savings Accounts in Indiana. Taryn is a Trustee of the MacFarlane Family Foundation in Northern Indiana and she has an extensive and accomplished career related to workforce initiatives both as a consultant developing systems to produce equitable strategies and sector-based initiatives in Minneapolis and as the Strategy Vice President, Business & Community Innovation at the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce in Michigan. Taryn is also a member of the Closing the Women’s Wealth Gap Initiative and a volunteer at St. Margaret’s House in South Bend, Indiana. Her two Masters are in Business Administration and in Public Policy from University of Michigan with a BA from Tufts University.
