Shantel Wilkins is an advocate and supporter of an inclusive culture, the empowerment and advancement of children, young adults and Women of Color, Early Childhood Education, Nonprofit Capacity Building and Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) initiatives.
Currently, she serves as Deputy Managing Director of the Kronkosky Charitable Foundation, a regional Foundation investing in Initiatives and 501(c)(3) organizations in Bandera, Bexar, Comal and Kendall counties of Texas. She has held the position since January 2019.
She is well versed in corporate social responsibility, brand awareness, private foundations and charitable trusts. For 11 years she worked at The Boeing Company in San Antonio as the Global Corporate Citizenship Community Investor. Shantel was responsible for improving the quality of life in San Antonio through philanthropic investments, sponsorships, employee engagement, nonprofit capacity building and collaboration.
Prior to joining the Kronkosky Charitable Foundation, Shantel was a Senior Vice President, Philanthropic Client Manager at Bank of America, where she was responsible for managing charitable trusts and private foundations for high net worth individuals and institutional relationships.
Shantel has a BA in Communication Arts focused in Journalism & Speech from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.
