Nichole Aston is a program manager at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation where she oversees investments in Greater Austin that improve the lives of children and families. Her areas of focus include supporting education, workforce, family stability, and nonprofit effectiveness. She also serves on the Community Advisory Board for Helping Hand Home and the steering committee for Community Based Care in Central Texas to guide system-level improvements in the child welfare space. She recently completed the Leadership Austin Essentials Class in 2025. Nichole has had a long tenure at MSDF since 2003 and her early career was with Dell Technologies and Trimble Navigation. Nichole has a bachelor’s in business administration in marketing from Texas A&M University.
