Mike Loftin, CEO of Homewise, has over 35 years of experience in community development. He is well known for developing innovative solutions for community issues, is widely regarded as an expert on affordable housing, and has created a nationally award winning model for self-sufficiency for affordable housing community development finance organizations. Prior to joining Homewise in 1992, Mike was the founding organizer of The Resurrection Project in Chicago. Mike has a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and attended Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Training on Performance Measurement for Effective Management of Nonprofit Organizations.
