Laura Villagran Johnson is the VP, Director of Client and Community Relations at PNC Bank Austin where she oversees brand, sponsorship and philanthropic giving in the Austin market.
Laura has been a major contributor to Austin’s nonprofit, media and entertainment spaces for 17 years – leading the major events around the opening of the Long Center and ACL Live at The Moody Theater. Most recently, she opened the Austin PBS Austin Media Center in her role of the past 13 years at Austin PBS as the Director of External Relations.
She has served our local community by sitting on the board and committees of many beloved Austin nonprofits including Austin Parks Foundation, Ballet Austin and Health Alliance for Austin Musicians.
Born in Angleton, Texas, Laura moved to Central Texas to attend Texas State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business.
