Kristy Teskey serves as the Carolinas Program Officer for Asset Funders Network (AFN). In this role, Kristy cultivates and facilitates grantmakers in the region to coalesce around regional projects and/or collaborative systemic change efforts.
Before AFN, Kristy focused on economic mobility and wealth building, cross-sector planning, and systemic change in postsecondary education aligned with workforce needs at organizations including My Future NC, John M. Belk Endowment, and the Bank of America Charitable Foundation.
Kristy holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. She resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
