Kim Hoang serves as the Director of Mission & Grants at the Texas Women’s Foundation, where she brings more than ten years of nonprofit experience to her work bridging funding and community impact. Kim collaborates closely with grantees to align every initiative with the Foundation’s goal of driving economic security and success for Texas women and girls. Beyond grant-making, she leads internal culture initiatives to maintain a motivated, unified team.
