Katy Leopard serves as the Memphis Program Officer for Asset Funders Network (AFN). In this role, she cultivates and facilitates grantmakers in the region to coalesce around regional projects and/or collaborative systemic change efforts.
Before AFN, Katy worked with organizations in the public sector, private sectors, and non-profits at the national, state, and local levels. During her time with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), CHOICES, and as an independent consultant, Katy has served as a strategic change management consultant and innovative nonprofit leader focused on organizational capacity building, strategic planning, and large-scale systems change.
Katy holds a bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College and master’s degree from Mississippi State University. She resides in Memphis.
