Julie Hodgson is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation managing key grant investments within each of our three portfolios – Youth Economic Opportunities, Financial Inclusion and Community Solutions. In this role she collaborates with organizations across the United States to design and manage programs that are responsive to local community needs and align with the Citi Foundation’s mission of promoting economic progress. Julie also leads the Foundation community-related disaster response effort. Since joining the Citi Foundation in 2011, Julie has worked on a range of projects including supporting board meeting management and governance procedures, leading key volunteer engagement partnerships and coordinating the Foundation’s investment across the U.S.

Prior to joining Citi, Julie coordinated fundraising and volunteerism efforts for nonprofit organizations including the New York City Coalition Against Hunger and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay.

Julie holds a Master of Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University.
