Jordan became the Executive Director of the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission & Foundation in January of 2021. He is committed to promoting evidence-based policy solutions that make accessing the court system easier for all Arkansans. Prior to becoming Executive Director, Jordan served as Program Coordinator. In that role, he worked with the American Bar Association and other partners to launch, drafted a CLE for pro bono rule designed to incentivize attorneys to do more pro bono, and provided training about Arkansas’s limited scope representation rules.

Prior to joining Arkansas Access to Justice, Jordan served as a Justice for Arkansans Legal Fellow with the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. In this position, he represented clients in a variety of housing cases and other civil matters. He also presented legal education events across Central and Southeast Arkansas to inform low-income Arkansans of their legal rights.
