Jac Rivers serves as Vice President, Program Officer for Global Philanthropy at JPMorganChase (JPMC), where she oversees a $5M+ regional investment portfolio across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey. A cross-sector civic leader and attorney, Jac advances economic mobility and inclusive growth by aligning employers, workforce providers, philanthropy, and government around shared goals and measurable outcomes.

Prior to JPMC, Jac served the City of Philadelphia as Chief of Staff in the Managing Director’s Office, overseeing five operating departments and leading coordination, performance, and service delivery improvements. Earlier, as Senior Operations Manager in the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbilities, she designed and launched community-based residential treatment programs and a jail diversion strategy for individuals with serious mental illness. She also held policy and operations roles during the Obama Administrations, following her leadership of a voter protection initiative in 2008.

Jac earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law and holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Sociology from Lehigh University. A servant leader passionate about racial and socioeconomic equity, she is committed to building institutions that create generational impact. Outside of work, Jac enjoys hiking, international travel, and time with her dog, Squirrel.
