Halley French is a philanthropic professional dedicated to advancing community impact through strategic grantmaking, cross-sector collaboration, and systems-level change. As a Program Officer at the Hall Family Foundation, her work is focused on strengthening family stability and expanding economic mobility opportunities for individuals and families across the Kansas City region.
With more than nearly two decades of experience spanning philanthropy, education, and nonprofit leadership, Halley has previously held roles with the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, Kauffman Scholars, and Kansas City Public Schools.
Halley holds a Graduate Certificate in Grantsmanship from the University of Missouri–Columbia, a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas. She serves on the board of directors for Kansas City Young Audiences and Kids Win Missouri.
