Debbie Taylor is Director of U.S. Markets for Citi Community Development. She leads the team of Market Managers in California, Nevada, Massachusetts, Illinois, Texas, South Dakota, DC Metro, and Florida. In these markets, she oversees community development and economic empowerment initiatives that strengthen low-income communities, and manages the delivery of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) obligations in those areas. Debbie is also responsible for the City Community Development Innovation and Impact Initiative, a fund that helps develop innovative solutions to key issues in these communities.
Mrs. Taylor is past Chair of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Board, having also served as the 2007 United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Campaign Chair. She is currently, Chair-Elect for the Dallas County Community College District Foundation Board. Debbie also serves on the Boards of the Dallas Women’s Foundation and the Women’s Leadership Council of United Way Worldwide.
