Catlin Hale is the Director of Career Pathways and the Pathways to Work program at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. Catlin oversees relationships with community-based organizations focusing on adult education, workforce development, and re-entry for justice involved individuals. Catlin also works to increase capacity, collaboration and innovation between training providers, community based organizations, employers, and workforce development stakeholders to strengthen the pipeline of qualified workers into living wage work in high demand industries in North Texas.
