Allison Salas-Fasy is the Executive Director of The Mike & Mary Terry Family Foundation, a Christian-based private 501(c)(3) organization that invests in Dallas Metroplex initiatives providing equal opportunities for all children, advancing youth through education and ensuring a haven for those in need.
Joining the Foundation in its early years, Allison has worked in various leadership positions at the Foundation. For nine years, she has volunteered with the Stewpot serving breakfast weekly at the Bridge Homeless Shelter. She is co-chairing the Soups On! 2018 Luncheon through the Stewpot Alliance Board. Allison currently serves as Board Chair for the Bachman Lake Together Family Center and has served on the Steering and Budget Committee for the Zero to Five Funders Collaborative, a collective impact project in Dallas, since 2011. She gives her time on the North Texas Asset Funders Network Steering Committee, the Women’s Auxiliary at Children’s Medical Center, the Signs of Humanity IMPACT campaign and the 2017 Dallas Festival of Ideas Planning Committee. Part of the 2017 Leadership Texas class, she is also an active member of Philanthropy Southwest. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a concentration in business from the University of Texas at Austin.
