Nusenda Credit Union teamed up with an Albuquerque immigrant-based organization, Partnership for Community Action, to help families facing financial hardships during the pandemic. Partnership for Community Action says many local immigrant workers do not qualify for federal benefits or unemployment and therefore is working with Nusenda to offer small loans that do not require traditional credit checks.
