Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation is providing an infusion of support to Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) to offer emergency loans, providing Program-Related Investments (PRI) to accelerate broadband expansion in rural areas, partnering with the Arkansas Woman’s Foundation to offer grants to women-owned businesses, and co-funding a statewide relief fund at the Arkansas Community Foundation.
