Preserving Heirs’ Property in Bexar County: Scope, Risk, and Opportunities to Protect Family Assets

Join the San Antonio Area chapter of the Asset Funders Network, CINow, and LISC San Antonio for the launch of Preserving Heirs’ Property in Bexar County: Scope, Risk, and Opportunities to Protect Family Assets. This convening will share new research offering the first clear local picture of the scale of the heirs’ property issue in Bexar County and explore what it means for housing stability, intergenerational wealth, and community preservation. Through research highlights, panel discussion, and cross-sector conversation, the program will surface opportunities for funders, practitioners, public leaders, and community partners to protect family assets and support local action.
